What we genuinely cannot help with
We are an independent publisher, not the seller. We have no access to the store's order system, no visibility of your purchase, and no ability to change anything about it. That means we cannot help with:
- Order status, tracking or delivery problems
- Refunds or the 60-day satisfaction promise — the seller administers it
- Cancelling or changing an order, or any billing question
